If you are a CGES teacher, staff, admin, or a CGES PTO Committee Chair, committee member, or elected Board member who has been authorized to make a purchase from a budgeted line item, OR you have been approved for a 2025/26 PTO Grant, click the button above to request your reimbursement by check. Receipts or invoices are REQUIRED for IRS purposes.
This Form is for CGES PTO Officers to maintain transparent records of authorized purchases using the CGES PTO Account. Purchases must align with a budgeted line item. Any amount over $300 must have approval by the elected board members. Documentation is REQUIRED within two weeks of card use.
